Apply for Funding

All decisions regarding grants are made by the Gaggero Foundation Board of Tustees and must fall within the criteria listed below:

Social Welfare
Social and community welfare organisations choosing to apply must be categorised by a dominant purpose of learning, family welfare or health.

Education
Independent charitable learning facilities, state funded secondary and primary schools can apply for projects with direct educational benefit, but may be asked to demonstrate why their project cannot be funded from statutory or other funding. If the school has a PTA, Friends or fundraising arm that is a charity, then this should be the applicant on behalf of the school.

Health
The foundation accepts applications linked to known medical conditions
The foundation funds projects or core work that makes an active contribution to improved health care
Smaller health charities, including those for rare or distressing conditions will be favoured.
The foundation will occasionally support smaller research programs, where the outcome is expected to translate quickly into improved health care.

Applications should be for the benefit of people in the geographical areas of Gibraltar, Morocco or Andalucia. Applications from individuals or organisations without charitable status will be ineligible.
