James Gaggero

Chairman
James is the fourth generation of the Gibraltar based Gaggero family, to have chaired the Bland Group. James started work within the Group in 1982 after a career in the Irish Guards, becoming Chairman of Bland Ltd in 1987. He then succeeded his father Joseph (who is now President of the Bland Group) as Chairman of the Bland Group in October 2007.

John Perez

John completed 25 years military service with the Royal Gibraltar Regiment. He was recognised for his personal contribution to UK - Morocco relations and in 2003 recieved an MBE from his Majesty King of Morocco who awarded him "Al Istihkak Al Askari Knight Wissam." In 2005 he was awarded the bronze star by the US president, after serving with the US Marine Corps in Iraq. He was appointed CEO of Bland Ltd (Gibraltar) in March 2010 with specific responsibilities for the group's interests in Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco.

Henry has worked for the Bland Group since 2002 in a number of business roles. In 2008 after the sale of GB Airways he left the Group to join easyJet. In 2009 he rejoined the Bland Group as Managing Director for the subsidiary business Hovertravel and in 2010 Henry commenced his current role as Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility to the Chairman and the board for developing the performance of the UK trading companies and for reviewing investment and acquisition opportunities.
Ian Mackie

Finance Director
Ian Mackie – Ian joined the Group as finance manager of Bland Ltd in Gibraltar in 2003. Previously his career had been in finance within Royal Ordinance. In 2007 Ian was appointed Finance Director of Bland Ltd and in 2010 was also appointed Group Finance Director of Bland Group Holdings.
Guy Stagnetto

Non Executive Director
Primarily based in Gibraltar, Guy is currently a partner in a leading law firm. Having been called to the bar in the UK in 1992 and subsequently in Gibraltar the following year, Guy has practised as a barrister and solicitor since then. His involvement with the Bland Group dates back to his early days of practice and he was appointed to the Holdings board in 2010.

David Arthur

General Counsel
David joined the Bland Group as General Counsel in January 2010 and is responsible for procuring and providing legal advice to the Board and Group companies as required. He spent more than 20 years as a partner in a City law firm before becoming Group Counsel to a diverse insurance group prior to joining Bland.
Stephen Harlow

Non Executive Director
Stephen is a Chartered Accountant, based in Guernsey. Stephen has worked with the company since 1980 and, until recently, was Chairman of another substantial family company based in the UK. He provides an oversight of the group structure and investment strategy.
Chris Attwood

Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with the Bland Group and the Gaggero family for more than 35 years. He provides guidance across all the trading companies within the group, group structure and advice on investment strategy.
