Jonathan joined the team at Skybreak in 2005 and has held the position of Commercial Manager since 2007. Supporting the Sales and Services Standards Director, Jonathan focuses on building commercial relationships with Skybreak’s airline clients, Gatwick Airport Ltd and airline related suppliers, with an overall view in strengthening and evolving all trading arms of the business, which includes, Teleticket Travel, Your Service Centre Gatwick and Missed A Flight.com. Jonathan’s passion and focus is to develop new business relationships for alternative and unique solutions for travel recovery services to support an enhanced on-airport passenger experience.
Jonathan’s career began in the operations and customer service department at Belfast International Airport in 2001, after graduating from the University of Dundee. Working alongside colleagues to overcome the challenges within the aviation industry, Jonathan’s management experience and expertise has continued to develop through his knowledge of working in various fields within the industry including ground handlers, aviation chartering, airport ticketing and passenger welfare recovery.
