Denise is the Operations Manager at Skybreak. Joining the team in 2013, as a General Customer Service Agent, her contribution to the development and growth of the Skybreak programme and products was quickly recognised and she was promoted to Team leader. Denise has always lead from the front to develop the skills needed to deliver an outstanding sales and customer service for her team of agents.
With an extensive background in Operations, Denise started her career as a check in agent, working for Servisair before moving to Menzies Aviation Ltd as an assistant Duty Manager. During this time, Denise gained an enormous amount of practical day to day operational experience at one of the UK’s most demanding and busiest airports. Prior to this Denise spent 4 years living and training in the USA for Academic and Athletic purposes and was qualified as a sports physio.
In her spare time, Denise is deeply commitment to charitable foundations and enjoys driving fundraising initiatives for charities she holds close to her heart, including, Chestnut Tree House, British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.
