Nigel has over 30 years experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry and is responsible for providing consultancy services to oversee the quality management for OSG. Nigel also specialises in implementing and improving management systems including ISO Standard 9001:2015. 

Nigel adds significant value with his knowledge of key industries and ensures that the service provided by OSG meets both external and internal requirements. He previously worked for Security Express (Gibraltar) Ltd where he was responsible for the Cash in Transit and ATM activities of major retail Banks. In 2011, the company was acquired by Bland Group International and rebranded as OSG. Nigel was promoted to Head of Cash Management in 2013 and played a vital role in the development and launch of the OSG Cash Management Centre.
