Simon Grist
Simon has worked for Skybreak since 2005. He joined the company as a customer service advisor and then progressed to Duty Manager. With a keen interest in learning and development Simon focused on pursing his HR career. Simon has completed the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personal Development) level 5 qualification and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. Working across the organisation has provided Simon with an in depth understanding of its DNA and the company’s values.

He has overseen the implementation of an award-winning apprenticeship scheme and has a passion for developing talent and building capability. Along with other managers, Simon was key in Skybreak’s accreditation for Investors In People. He has been leading the project to implement a Quality Management System for the business to ensure that we provide the best possible services and deliver excellent customer care.
