Gatwick Airport's new GatwickConnects service is powered by years of experience
Gatwick Airport has selected Skybreak, one of the leading customer service and travel recovery companies within the UK, to support their newly launched GatwickConnects flight booking service.
GatwickConnects is an innovative, world-first booking service for customers looking for greater choice and value when travelling on connecting flights, uniquely offering peace of mind if flights do not operate or connect as planned. Lecia Taylor, Director at Skybreak, explains: "In the unlikely event a GatwickConnects passenger misses their onward flight, Skybreak staff will source alternative travel arrangements. With almost two decades of looking after passengers at Gatwick Airport, we bring unparalleled experience to the task of getting disrupted customers back on track and on their way to their original destination."
Skybreak's skilled team of trained experts are available to provide assistance to passengers who need urgent help. These professional advisors are located at Your Service Centre desks in both the north and south terminal and have access to all the alternative travel options a passenger might require.
