Gibair Golden Ticket

Glen Perez and Rose Anne Martinez were this month awarded a Golden Ticket each from a British Airways Executive Gold Card Member. 

The customer was exceedingly pleased with the way both Glen and Rose Anne went out of their way to provide an excellent customer service. Golden Tickets are only awarded when the customer feels the recipients have gone out of their way in ensuring the customer experience is outstanding. This brings the total number of Golden Tickets received by Gibair & Calpe Lounge to 10 since British Airways introduced the scheme in late 2013. It is an example of the level of service Gibair encourages and strives to achieve.
