Samantha Melia praised for passenger assistance

Employee at Gibair Samantha Melia has been awarded with a dinner for 2 at the Rock Hotel for her outstanding customer service.

Commended by Bland Group, Samantha was positively praised for her attitude, commitment and help provided to a passenger travelling through Gibraltar International Airport.

Samantha, who works in the Passenger Reduced Mobility role for Gibair, was complimented in writing by the passengers Granddaughter for her “attitude, knowledge, and assistance” she provided to the elderly Grandfather who had an accident whilst on holiday and required assistance to board the plane.
