Start of the summer programme sees steady increase in flight activity

With the start of the summer programme, Gibraltar Airport has seen a steady and noticeable increase in scheduled flight activity. This is most evident during Tuesday mornings when five different flights (BA LGW & LHR, EZY LGW, LTN & BRS) all operate at very similar timings. Five is the maximum number of aircraft which the civilian apron can accommodate at any one time.
